Silk Tree approach

So how did Silk Tree Consulting organized this trade mission? After we initiated the project we coordinated between the different parties, like for example the designers, the event organizers and the consulate. We have setup the whole program and used our network in Shenzhen to get the premium package for the designers. We manage to get much attention by the promotion we did in advance of the event. Furthermore we did trip preparation with the designers. On one side this are the more practical things like flight and visa arrangement. Also we made preparations for the Holland booth decoration and purchase attributes in China supporting the display of the fashion products. Group brochures and logos were made. On the other side we provided market entry consulting. Everything to get the most out of the event is generated from a decent preparation and guidance up front.

On site we are going to manage the sales, translation to the designers and follow-up on the leads. Of course we will assist in practicalities around travelling and group coordination. We will assist in TV interviews and other PR events.

At Silk Tree Consulting we believe that hard work, market and brand knowledge, clear vision about the end result and thorough communication will be of great value to be successful in this event.
